What services do you offer?
We offer mobile DNA testing for legal, ancestry, and other purposes, as well as DOT & Non DOT drug/alcohol testing services & Mobile Phlebotomy Services
How does mobile DNA testing work?
Our mobile unit comes to your location to collect DNA samples. Most DNA tests are a swab and do not require a blood sample. Samples are then processed in a certified laboratory for analysis. (the process is very similar for phlebotomy as well)
What is the turnaround time for results?
Turnaround times vary depending on the type of test. Typically, DNA test results are available within a few days, test can be available in little as 24 hours when booked and collected on certain days, while DOT test results are often available within 24-48 hours.
Are your testing services confidential?
Yes, we prioritize confidentiality and privacy. All testing is conducted with strict adherence to privacy regulations.
Do you offer legal paternity testing?
Yes, we specialize in legal paternity testing and provide court-admissible results.
Can I schedule an appointment online?
Yes, appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting our customer service team
What are the payment options?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. Payment is due at the time of booking. (We do not accept Cash)

Yes, our DOT drug and alcohol testing services are designed to help employers maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with 48 hours or more advance notice. Please contact us to make changes to your appointment.
How do I prepare for my DNA or DOT test?
Preparation instructions will be provided at the time of booking. Generally, clients are advised to avoid eating or drinking anything for a period before the test.
